Can't believe it is Tuesday already, the last week has flown by - been so busy with party planning and executing (the plans that is), etc, etc. So my little boy Matthew is a little bit bigger and a whole year older; 4 to be precise, wow where has the time gone? After two weeks of beautiful sunny weather the worst happened, it rained on his birthday and the day of his party (in fact all week and it's still raining). No lovely train trips on his birthday like last year, no bouncy castle for his party. But he didn't mind, we took him to the Oceanarium in Bournemouth on his birthday, and we entertained 13 children and 19 adults in our house at his birthday party on Sunday.

What a lucky boy he is, he got so many great presents; a bike, Buzz Lightyear (thanks Janet for buying it for us), Woody (found half price in Woolworths), books, pop gun, lego (every kid needs lego), dressing up outfits (Callum loves to dress up more than Matthew, so he was thrilled!), a space hopper (so cool, couldn't resist a go myself but it's too small and I fell on my bum!), t-shirts, paints and crayons, toy vehicles, the list goes on and on . Thank you so much if you gave him a present, I'll be making and sending Thank You cards as soon as possible. For now here's some photos of the weekends events...
