Wow, we're a week into December already and Christmas day seems just around the corner. The house is decorated, the tree is up and the boys and I have been watching Christmas movies.

So a week in and

• 7 little advent stockings have been emptied and their contents eaten.

• We've watched The Santa Clause and Santa Clause 2.

• Callum has been a shepherd in his Pre-school Nativity.

• I started a December Daily album, as seen here on Ali Edwards blog. I haven't actually printed any photos or done any journaling yet though!

• PLUS I still haven't started making any Christmas cards!

Anyhow, here's my favourite layouts I've made in my DYL course with Cathy Zielske.

Also since I last posted we celebrated Jeff's birthday on 28th November.

AND super exciting news - my sister Janet and her boyfriend Richard have got engaged - congratulations both of you!

Coincidentally, my Mum and Dad got engaged on the 19th December in the late 60's, Jeff and I got engaged on Christmas Eve 2000 and Janet and Richard got engaged on 4th December. It certainly is that 'special' time of the year!
