Week in the Life - Thursday

Day 4 of my Week in the Life project.
Getting ready for school - filling up their lunchboxes with the sandwiches etc that have been kept in the fridge overnight. Toothbrushes are loaded and ready to be used when the boys have finished their breakfast.
Back home after the school run, time to tidy up and load the dishwasher.
Head into Ringwood for a coffee at Caffe Nero.
Pop into Fat Face which is conveniently located next door. Try on some jeans, alas neither fit.
Go for a drive down to Mudeford Quay, despite the lovely blue skies it's actually really chilly by the sea.
Lunch out at a lovely pub. I order Crispy Duck with Noodles and Hoi Sin Sauce - the noodles are in that little take-out pot - so cute. It is the yummiest meal I ever had at a pub! (This is a starter portion, not a main!)
Vapour trails in our skies, view from the Long Room window. The flight ban over UK airspace has ended a week after it started due to a volcano in Iceland spewing ash into the atmosphere above the UK and some of Europe.
A spontaneous playdate organised after the kids came out of school. Callum's best friend at school is Erin and here they are playing in her garden with her chocolate labrador puppy Chester (he's 16 weeks old!). Matthew is upstairs playing with Erin's brother Callum (yes another Callum). They play Sonic 2 and Lemmings on his Callum's Dads old Sega Mega Drive. (Matthew loves to play on Jeff's old Sega Mega Drive which is at Jeff's parents house in Northern Ireland)
Dinner time. I made lasagne with the left over Bolognaise sauce from yesterday, everybody loves it except Callum who is very picky.
Bedtime Routine - every night Callum has two puffs of his preventer inhaler. It has a low dose of steroid which only targets his lungs. It is amazing what a difference this has made, we don't need to use his blue reliever inhaler very often now.
Chloe getting up to mischief in Matthew's bedroom. He's been playing with some Star Wars figures and now she's rolling over some lightsabers!
Jeff and I watch the Leaders debate on TV. We have a general election here on the 6th May.
